Stunning Gulf-View Sunset Balcony Condo – Unit 301 Longboat Key

Awesome beach and apartment Positive: This place has a beach that is nicer than any Caribbean beach. The apartment was great with an awesome view of the gorgeous beach. The concierge,Margaret, is wonderful and so is the owner Sergei. The location is fantastic. Negative: Nothing

We’ve spent four days in this condo, enjoying the ocean view and short walks to the beach. The place has everything you need for living away from home. One of the beds in the bedroom has very comfortable mattress and the bathroom is with roomy shower. All the furniture is clean and in a perfect shape. We had issue with the kitchen light but it had been fixed the next day very quickly.

Loves the location and the condo. Staff could be better. Positive: Location was great. Condo was comfortable and clean. Negative: Check in. We were early and told that we would receive a call when the condo was ready. We never received a call. We were on the beach and tried calling the front office multiple times; no one ever answered. I walked up to the front office and there was no one there. However, I saw there was a check mark beside our room number, so we went to the condo anyway.

Friendly staff, clean, great view from 301. Positive: Clean, great view, easy access to clean towels, beach, pool, and lots of blankets, pool noodles, beach chairs, and elevator if needed. Negative: Great place to stay!

The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!
