Stunning Gulf-View Sunset Balcony Condo – Unit 301 Longboat Key

Loves the location and the condo. Staff could be better. Positive: Location was great. Condo was comfortable and clean. Negative: Check in. We were early and told that we would receive a call when the condo was ready. We never received a call. We were on the beach and tried calling the front office multiple times; no one ever answered. I walked up to the front office and there was no one there. However, I saw there was a check mark beside our room number, so we went to the condo anyway.

Friendly staff, clean, great view from 301. Positive: Clean, great view, easy access to clean towels, beach, pool, and lots of blankets, pool noodles, beach chairs, and elevator if needed. Negative: Great place to stay!

Perfect vacation spot for a true beach getaway. Positive: The location was amazing! As are the views from the balcony. It’s the perfect quiet getaway. The resort is very well kept and staff very helpful and friendly: Steps from the beach and ideal of looking for a true beach vacation. Great location. Negative: The condo itself is more than adequate and is just as appears on description. The beds are extremely firm so if that’s not for you be prepared. The pillows could be updated they were very uncomfortable. A small cooler is provided however it’s ripped and not all compartments zip. Does have all the amenities you need for beach trip.

Breathtaking view- super clean. Easy access. Perfect spot for a few days away with my husband.
